Over the last 16 years we have honed a 6-step process which is designed to leave the client’s organisation in a far better Sales situation from when we found it. Targeted at UK businesses with an existing Sales team and turnover between £5 - £50m this service focuses on winning significant National Account customers via the existing Sales Team.

Other Business consultants might just give advice and expect the clients to implement it themselves. We help in that implementation and focus on field based work with the client’s Sales Consultants and customers. It is only in this way that we can see what is really going on and how to improve it.

During the process, all departments which are directly or indirectly involved in the Sales process are consulted with to ensure that a holistic approach is adopted.

Sectors that we have worked with include Automotive, food, drink, hotels, wholesale, manufacturers and service providers such as recruiters, architects and coaches.
